IPTV Setup Guide – iPhone, iPad, Windows & Mac

Step 2: Choose an IPTV Player

For iOS (iPhone & iPad):

  • GSE SMART IPTV

  • IPTV Smarters Player

  • Flex IPTV

For Windows & Mac:

  • VLC Media Player (Free & simple)

  • IPTV Smarters Player

  • Kodi (Advanced users)

Step 3: Install the App

iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open App Store → search for the app → tap Get → Install.

Windows & Mac:

  1. VLC: Download VLC → install.

  2. IPTV Smarters: Download IPTV Smarters → install.

Step 4: Prepare Your IPTV Subscription

You’ll need:

  • M3U URL (most common)

  • OR Xtream Codes API (username, password, server URL)

Step 5: Add IPTV to the App

iPhone/iPad

M3U URL:

  1. Open app → Add Playlist → Add via URL.

  2. Enter a name, paste M3U URL, tap Add/Save.

Xtream Codes:

  1. Open app → Add Playlist → Xtream Codes API.

  2. Enter username, password, server URL, tap Add/Login.

Windows & Mac

VLC (M3U URL):

  1. Open VLC → Media → Open Network Stream.

  2. Paste M3U URL → click Play.

IPTV Smarters:

  1. Open app → Add New User → Load Playlist or File/URL.

  2. Enter M3U URL or Xtream Codes login → click Add/Load.

  3. Channels appear in categories (Live TV, VOD).

Step 6: Watch IPTV

  • Select a channel or VOD → tap/play.

  • Adjust video quality, fullscreen, buffering as needed.

Step 7: Optional Settings

  • EPG (Electronic Program Guide): Add XML link to see TV schedules.

  • Playback settings: Adjust video output, buffering, and interface.

Step 8: Tips for Smooth Playback

  • Use a stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection.

  • Close other apps consuming bandwidth.

  • Keep the IPTV app updated.

5. Load Channels

  • Once added, the app will fetch your channels.

  • Wait a few seconds; you should see Live TV, VOD, and other categories.

6. Optional Settings

  • EPG (Electronic Program Guide): Some apps allow you to load an EPG XML link from your provider. This shows program schedules.

  • Player Settings: Adjust video quality, buffering, or parental controls if needed.

7. Watch IPTV

  • Open your IPTV player.

  • Select the channel or VOD you want.

  • Tap Play.
